  1. That line would be smart if the rest of the song meant something. Him just throwing it out there means junk unless he's making that the theme of the song. And he didn't. He said it to be catchy, and had no motive nor focus on that theme. He just did exactly what that line would criticize. It was no way genius. It's like someone trying to come high but really just making an excuse to do the same thing that the line would criticize. I disagree. He's doing it to earn his dollars, and he admits it (he even knows he doesnt have to make good songs to earn money.. he says it on his songs, and astill people buy it.. thats not him beeing wack there, lol), and if thats the case there aint nothing wrong with it. Go get your money. Just dont tell that you wanna make good music if you dont.
  2. i think he does, especially with how he took "Hip Hop is Dead" and did something smart...I mean he coulda done what MIMS did and say "I can say nothing on a track" on "why i'm hot"....but instead Nas didn't play that stupid way and said meaningful stuff. i'd say our best bet is to wait and see. That line M.I.M.S did isnt stupid at all, its is brilliant. Think about it.. MIMS is coming up telling errbody that they so stupid that they buy his **** and he aint even gotta say anything.. and it works? That dont make him stupid, that makes errbody stupid that buys it. That line is the ****. lol
  3. These days I'd even be happy aboout a guestspot from Will on a Vanilla Ice album.
  4. Dr. Dre Feat. Eminem, 50 Cent, Linkin Park-Numb Encore Remix From the Dretox Tape. Sick stuff.
  5. Yeah, and if you look at numbers those people are your typical rap listeners. Its sad but true.
  6. Whether it be the controversy over titling an album "God's Son", making Jesus metaphors in the "Hate me Now" video, making a song like "I can", or creating an entire movement off of his album "Hip Hop is Dead", i'd say he's been pretty influential. Influental in what way.. I mean, in the last 5 years there were only few names that had influence (mostly bad one, but still) but still) and thats Eminem, 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z... Hate Me Now was aimed at selling records, thats al.. I mean, it got Puff Daddy on it.. Nas himself admitted that in a intervieuw. Calling a album God's son is just as wack is calling it n-word. with dance, you saw that a commercially successful rapper could be honest in the same era as the 50 vs Ja times when you couldn't show any emotion. UBR was the best rap dedication song i've ever heard. Ether redefined the "diss" so to speak. How wasn't he influential with Hate me Now? It got people talking and it continued to grow Nas's voice out there. Nas has had alot of influence in the last 5 years, and most recently with Hip Hop is Dead. Idk how many people can start a whole movement alone. He made good music, very good music, but if you ask your tipycal rap listener these days.. he dont even know who the **** nas is
  7. 8. I dont remember his albums in the last 5 years beeing that great, compared to the 10 years before that. I mean, get real, Hip Hop Is Dead wasnt anymore but decent. It was a short album, with a few inteligent tracks, but half of the tracks was your usual Hip Hop Track (good, but not anything special), like the tracks with Kanye, Game and so on. "and there's no reason to crap on him or anyone who realizes his abilities just because it's controversial." By the way.. So you trying to saz that we cant **** on 50 caus we know that he is capable of making good songs (considering his mixtape past)?
  9. Stop acting like Nas is the pope please. Its a wack title and thats it.
  10. R. Kelly Feat Usher and T Pain-Same Girl Remix (Tripple Up) For errbody who knwos the original.. Check this one! Its about T-Pain coming up to Ush and Kel's safter theyr convo, and he tells them that the girl is his wife..lol
  11. Well ok then. Still New York Gangstas is a good track.
  12. Those guys are all on one track for as far as I know. By the way, New York Gangstas is a great track, ya'll should check it out. For real.
  13. 50 himself said G-Unit artists wont be involved, that is his plan. Himself will appear 1, mazbe two times.
  14. Thank's Guys!! I'm back, I got a new comp now so I'm back!!
  15. Lets just wait for the album. I mean, LL was hangin with Ja Rule before The G.O.A.T dropped. And trhat album was ther ****, even the track with Ja.
  16. Well if you dont conisider Kel a necomer, you'd have to start around Wild Wild West.. Which as far as I know brings him pretty close to Talib Kweli. He aint Talib. If you call him a newcomer he's on the same shelve as Black Ice, Joell Ortiz and all them. All great Mc's in theory, but not really anything new. It just doesnt sound fresh to me.
  17. The Return Of Jack The Ripper is one of the best Disstracks ever made. Maybe the best. Thats enough for me.
  18. I don't think anyone thinks his album "flopped." We just think it's hilarious that he ran his ignorant mouth so much about being number one, selling the most records, and hyping the whole competition up...and then totally outsold. It makes him look even more like a fool. That's what makes this musical embarassment look even more like a failure. Try to read the rst of my post. I wanna see world sales, till then I dont believe this.
  19. I know there is this emotional connection and all, but there ar better newcomers (if you still wanna call him that way) than Kel Spencer. And no, I'm not talking about J.R Writer or anything like that.
  20. I wanna say something.. Dont mean to bust you'r bubble, but in every European country (except the UK I think), 50 outsold Kanye by far with his new album (For example Germany, who has 90 million people.. 50 came in second, Kanye came in 9th).. So I wouldnt be sure Kanye sold more if you look further than the US. Oh and, calling 50 out for flopping is quit hilarious since 600k in the first week isnt bad..lol.. I mean, really isnt bad..lol By the way, 50 was booked on a Show over here for 30 minutes.. He performed for 3 hours without extra payment. That was one month ago. Kanye's Album sure is better tho. But they are both ass's.
  21. I dont think they count movie money, only stuff that is affiliated with Hip Hop (more or less).
  22. It is a good movie, but it doesnt really symbolise the Simpsons for me, caus for that it was too much fun and too less politics I think.
