I dont really think Jeff and Will are still on the same page when it comes to Hip Hop. I have the feeling they have very diffrent opinions on how Hip Hop should sound like today, so I doubt that they are going to make a album together. Some tracks, but not an album.

Yes you can and you should. Being freinds with somebody that has a certain political view means accepting that that view is around and there are certain ideas that should not be in this world. Communism is something that has the right to exist, but the way the chinese communist party handles their biz hasn't.
