  1. 94? Wasnt it 96? Ah whatever, Mr. Smith is also one of my favorite albums of all time. Classik stuff.
  2. As some of ya'll might know, Jay-Z is putting together a new Label, called Roc Nation together with Live Nation. The first artist is J. Cole. He recently dropped a mixtape. Ya'll can check that here http://rs764.rapidshare.com/files/209345842/J._Cole_-_The_Come_Up.rar any thoughts on this?
  3. I liked the one we had, with the diffrent skins. I used to have this lollypop skin. lol
  4. Most of the time, I listen to Hip Hop. I also own a lot of R&B and Soul CD's. I love that too, but I have'nt been listening to it a lot lately. I also like other music, but I dont know much about it. I like some Punk Bands, some Pop act's, some Jazz, Reggae and Dancehall and also music like Electro and Drm'n'Base.
  5. I dont know how it did back then, but people remember that song. A lot of people love it.
  6. I dont like it. I love Miami tho, it's a great Song to cruise around.
  7. Jazzy remixed Papa Was a Rolling Stone on the Motown Remix album that came out a few years ago!
  8. That is a reasanoble statement tho
  9. I switched it to Ip Board, because it somehow was on Ip lo-fi.. much better now
  10. Maybe it's just me, but I'm having some problems with the upgrade. For example, quoting anything does not really work. It just looks like this: UOTE(bigted @ Dec 23 2005, 07:15 PM) Does Kel Spencer really have a record deal or is he just still trying to get picked up somewhere? I know he talks about starting his own label but did he really start one, does he sign mcs? I'd love to get down, I might send an email to him... He and his brothers started 3RD Power. It's pretty much for them right now. I think he's trying get them apart of a bigger label for now. He's sent out a message that MTV2 and BET are talking to him about getting his video for "The Wilderness Pt. 1" on the air. It should be on the net soon, next week soon. I'd love for the video to blow up get some eyes on him. It's gotta get the spins though. God Blessa! That is a Silver Tiger post with a quote from Bigted. The whole forum looks kinda confusing, like the quotes. Maybe it's just my browser or something?
  11. Yeah ofcourse he wasnt kidding.. But he realised that it does not take skills (which he has, he shows that on some tracks) to make a hit. He basicly dissed his raps on that song and still had a huge hit with it. now thats dope. lol.
  12. LOL! It's called 'Y'all Know The Name' I should have known. Do you know where I can get it?
  13. which one is the song playing on the website? with the scracthing that goes "Ya'll know the name"
  14. Your sure? The line "I dont even gotta rap / I could sell a mill saying nothing on the track" sounds like a parody to me. Next to that he also had some raw ny ish on his first album (not much).. Which makes "This Is Why I'm Hot" seem like a parody even more to me.. Maybe I'm wrong tho. lol.
  15. Yeah, yeah I did not read that part..lol
  16. Great album aint it, I love it too. Lil Kim Feat. T-Pain & Charlie Wilson - Download This is a pretty cool song
  17. nas' first verse on a released cd came out in 91 i believe.. talking about new school lol
