I think Will's greatest strength is versatility. He could do gangster rap if he wanted to, as exemplified by "I'm looking for the one to be with me", he can easily reach that level of aggression and nastiness, but he's too smart for that. He did Reggae in Born to Reign, Dance in 'Homebase', Comedy in 'And In this Corner', no style is beyond his reach. I don't think I've encountered that kind of versatility in an MC. Some MC's like Tupac have sharper, more cutting verses, some have a more street style like LL Cool J, but if Will took on their style, he could more than hold his own.
