Conclusion: Lupe's title of the breath of fresh air isn't misleading. This was a classic to me. This album plays back to back except for the intro and outro maybe.Stop complaining about the state of hip hop and go get this album!! :thumbsup:

Stuff I'm going to get: Mos Def - Tru3 Magic -I think he will be singing a lot on this album but I'll check for it anyway ... at least he can sing but I would like to hear some straight hip hop from him.) DJ Jazzy Jeff - Hip-Hop Forever III - Can't go wrong with this... GZA - More Words From The Genius - I heard a bit of his old stuff and it is just genius. I think I might get a bit of his old atuff before this tho'. Flavor Flav - Flavor Man - This is going to be hillarious! Redman - Red Gone Wild: Thee Album - Is this really dropping this soon? Talib Kweli - Eardrum - Everything I heard of this is dope. I think this will be one of his best. Snoop Dogg - the Blue Carpet treatment - The new tracks from this are really dope... I think this will be Snoop's big comeback quality wise. I wil also check for Nas,Jigga,Eminem, Rakim,Hi-Tek and De La Soul (I notice the censors are missing...lol)

Are these release dates all legit? There are a few albums that I hadn't heard anything at all about like the reflection eternal, black star and Eminem albums. Nas,Jay-Z,Kweli, Snoop, Raekwon, Jean Grae and the Red and Mef album .... we're in for some good stuff!

I see what you are saying but Common can't do club bangers ... i mean he did do hot verses on "Get 'em High" and the "She wants to move" remix but apart from that Common is a mellow dude... I do not want to hear him sing Lean Back or Drop Like it's Hot I want to hear Fat Joe and Remy on tracks like that. But Talib Kweli's been rapping over Hi-Tek and Kanye way before the whole commercial rap industry was fighting over their beats... but Kweli never blew up like the half of them. The only positive hip hop track of BEP's that ever blew up was "Where is the love" - Other than that it is just silly poppy dance tacks (the singles...the album cuts are sometimes dope) and songs like "Like That" (In my opinion their best track) will never get as much air play as Fergei's "Lovely Lady Lumps". :lolsign:

I absolutely love that song. Probably my overall favorite Kweli track, based on the message and that being the first time I ever heard of him. I love it too. I just found a live version of the song and I played it five times in a row... John Legends vocals are just amazing. :mygod:
