Having some problems with extracting the video, seems to be getting out of sync at the end everytime (audio longer than video?!) I'm on it tho, just so you know! :)

Nope it was never released, that live performance was a one time thing. P.S.: If Tim doesnt find the file I might be able to extract the performance from the DVD.

It was in 1989 in Vegas if I remember correctly.

There's a live performance of it on Tims JJFP DVDs, but I doubt he sells them anymore.
