Vipa
http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/rumors/post/Ne...l?urn=nba,24161 If this is true, New Jersey gets a good deal. Kidd has been a great player, but it's obviously not working with him. He is, I think, 33 Years old now, so they don't have much more time to wait and let it happen either. If they can trade a 33 year old PG for 2 first round draft picks...That's pretty good. Edited February 12, 2007 by Vipa
sonic1988
wow, that'd be kinda crazy. I remember in high school Jason Kidd was always being talked about. Now he's kind off the face of the planet... it would be cool if he traded, but it would probably bring some protest from nets fans.
MaxFly
The Lakers should do their best to keep Jordan Farmar. They should put up Smush Parker instead. Farmar hasn't had the best season, but it looks like he's going to be a great player, and under J. Kidd's tutelage, he could be the Lakers' point guard of the future. That and the fact that Smush Parker is a 2 guard in a point guard's body... Shoot first, ask questions later... Problem is that he's not Kobe... he's not good enough to do that.
