Typhoon20
No interest at all, since will isn't gonna win.
Admin Hero1 Posted February 25, 2007 Admin Report Share Posted February 25, 2007 Couldn't care less to be honest..its pretty obvious who will win.. hellen mirren, forest whitaker etc etc
TopDawg14
Couldn't care less to be honest..its pretty obvious who will win.. hellen mirren, forest whitaker etc etc Yeah I agree with Tim. If Forrest and Leo weren't nominated then I would be more excited for Will. The only suspense is seeing him interviewed on the Red Carpet. viber_91
Man, I always watch the oscars, and tonight is no different. But i think it's quite annoying to hear Wills laugh all the time, I mean, every time Ellen says something you hear it!
VIsqo
yeah, thats true, but thats the way he is, just wait on my post tomorrow when i show u all the difference between will this year and last year in the oscars
TopDawg14
A slim bit of hope for Will has emerged as heavy favorite Eddie Murphy lost to Alan Arkin for Best Supporting Actor. However, Jennifer Hudson, representing CHICAGO!!!!, just won for Best Supporting Actress
JamesUK
Ohh so it's not so obvious who will win then Is it so bad that I wanna see Helen Mirren take home the oscar for England? And you all need to stop worrying about watching things just because of who is involved, I hate to break it to you but the Academy Awards are bigger than Will Smith. Admin Hero1 Posted February 26, 2007 Admin Report Share Posted February 26, 2007 Yeah they are pretty boring..and give out awards to the same old people generally..why anyone would seek out validation with an oscar is beyond me..
DefCEM
i hoped that Will would focus more on music, after an oscar and i think that this was the reason why he took a break in music 2005 to film pursuit of happiness, just to get the chance to be nominated for an oscar. unfortunately he didn't win, so he'll still go for it. JamesUK
why anyone would seek out validation with an oscar is beyond me.. It's quite simple, it's still the pinacle of a persons career in films, think about the people who have struggled their whole life just to get into the industry and achieve their dream, you just have to look at scorsese's career to see how important they are Edited February 26, 2007 by JamesUK
Typhoon20
Oscars are political and that's why I dislike it
analogue
Will don't need a stupid little statue to show that he did a good job in POH.
Jazzy Julie
The oscars are boring, i recorded it for 2 reasons, 1. bcoz its on until 5.30am here and 2. i can fast forward the whole thing until it gets to Wills part. Us commeners havnt even seen any of the films nominated anyway. The best part are the dresses....sorry.
