MTV's Mixtape Mondays has a section called 'Hood's Heavy Rotation: Bubbling Below The Radar and it listed ~DJ Jazzy Jeff (featuring Peedi Crakk) - "Brand New Funk 2K7"~ so I searched for it and found that link! here's the MTV page if you wanna see the mention: http://www.mtv.com/bands/m/mixtape_monday/031907/ it also mentioned of a song by ll cool j and 50 cent "Don't take it Personal"...altho after some searching I found a stream of it titled "Don't take this personal" on hiphopdx.com...it also has the brand new funk 2k7 in stream form, but i'd thought this be better since its an mp3 you can save.. JumpinJack AJ Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 I waz avoiding this track becuz i don't like 2 hear 2 much of an album b4 i get the album...but this track just got dropped in my lap, so i peeped it out. I gotta say, i think this is the weakest track i've heard so far (the only one i'd consider "weak"). It doesn't tarnish the original, but that's only becuz it's no where near the level of the 1st one. Peedi is okay...but he's not on the level of FP or the artists appearing on TROTM.
