It's hard 2 say that covers are actually better than the original due 2 stuff like people never hearing the original b4...or growing up on the cover b4 hearing the original...or just loving the artist who did the cover. Off the top of my head, here's a few covers that i love... Luther Vandross + Mariah Carey - Endless Love TLC - If I Was You Girlfriend Montell Jordan - Close The Door Mary J. Blige - I'm Goin' Down Boyz II Men - Sara Smile DHT - Listen To Your Heart Speech - Freedom The Marvin Is 60 album is dope. The covers on the SharkTale soundtrack are great. Pretty much all of the songs are covers but he does sing the majority of them with an original singer. I really liked Rock and Roll and Pink Cadilliac.
