They release the most unsuccessful shows that only lasted a few shows (not even a full season) so a classic show like FPofBA will definitely be entirely released. It's still in syncdication and everything. Sometimes that slows it down. They released the 1st Season of The Jamie Foxx Show on DVD years ago and the show is doing well on BET so they slowed down the other seasons.
