Mike
i know that wikipedia isnt the most reliable source, but it says that "uuhhh" was ghostwritten by common under the name lonnie somehting... soo would that mean it was ghostwritten for will or for kel? or for both? or is it just a lie.... Da Brakes
I think they may have gotton confused with Lennie Bennett which is Kel's real name. He would have got a credit on the track for being one of the features. If you look through the credits of Will's song's and see Lennie Bennett those are the songs where Kel has had an input! JumpinJack AJ
Actually, the songs Common co-wrote (not ghostwrote) are credited under Lonnie something. I think he co-wrote like 4 songs on Willennium. That's just me going by memory tho.'
Vipa
Yea, Common is actually credited in the album booklet a few times (As Lonnie Lynn). "Uuhhh" "La Fiesta" "Interlude" "The Rain"
Mike
did he and will wrote the lyrics together?
Admin Hero1 Posted September 3, 2008 Admin Report Share Posted September 3, 2008 He just helped him out cleaning up the rhyming.. you can clearly see his work on interlude "peeped through the peep hole peeped him and all his people" is just classic common
JumpinJack AJ
...remember that dope song he did for the Wild Wild West soundtrack with Jill Scott + A Touch of Jazz. Common Sense has needed 2 do a track with JJ+FP for a loooong tyme. Imagin if he jumped on "Pump Ya Brakes" instead of Snoop.
