JumpinJack AJ
Awesome list!! I can't say i agree with the order...but nearly every song on it is dope!! They don't start thowing and dodgy ones until the 30's...and still then there are very few. Leave it 2 VH-1 2 show BET and MTV how it's done. Hip-Hop week is coming...I CAN'T WAIT!! bart5
Word ^^ I agree that those songs shouldn't be on the list except Juicy deserves to be on it, and maybe Stan.
bigted
This VH1 list is more credible than most but no list is complete without "Summertime"
Jazzy Julie
The list is pretty good, cant say ive heard them all im gonna have to look them up. Weird that they would choose parents over summertime tho.

VIsqo
I dont like the list including all about the benjamins, in da club and hot in herre, feels soo good, oh boy, lapdance, and stuff, and not bringing other songs way better and classic
JumpinJack AJ
I agree with Tim. Those songs Tim listed shouldn't even be in the top 200. I only like 8 songs out of the ones he listed. U gotta mix the old with the new i guess 2 be fair. So many classics were overlooked. When it comes 2 new music, none of the new ones listed were amoungst the best of recent music. I'm just happy that it's better than most lists like this and that they are supporting alot of artists who have been forgotten by those not down with the old school. sonic1988
I agree with you, Tim. I honestly didn't even notice some of those songs, most disturbing being "In da Club" obviously.
bigted
With these type of lists its hard to please everybody but I think they did a good job balancing out the history of hip hop
