I mean, for example, one could call Kurtis Blow a better Rapper than for example Canibus, because he was more important for Hip Hop. Yet it's a fact that Canibus has more skills. So based on what are we gonna judge? Status, good albums or only skills? I mean, we are looking for the best, not for our favorite, right? But even juging on skills is complicated. I mean, just because Canibus has more complex lyrics, does that make him a better mc than for example jigga?
