VIsqo
In the beginning it looks bad, but then it turns out to be a great performance like always.
JumpinJack AJ
Awesome! I've never seen that. They are on point as always. It's funny that they were alot of the same cloths in that "I'm Looking For The One" performance. Some of the crowd is hype (tho' they look foolish and some of them look a bit bored. I would have loved to see them perform song off the album other than the 3 main singles.
Admin Hero1 Posted September 1, 2010 Admin Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 OHHHHHHH!!! I've wanted to see that for 15 years!! They actually hosted the awards & performed.. I tried to get the video of the network but they wouldnt give it out.. yes!!
Admin Hero1 Posted September 1, 2010 Admin Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 That was so good.. I wish jjfp did boom live today! everyone knows the lyrics.. I know it would go off in the UK & australia at least!
DevilsJim89
This is amazing!!!!! I LOVE THE ENERGY! they gotta perform this song live, how could Will hate this song? The adrenaline is crazy! They should just perform together again right now, period.
JumpinJack AJ
Don't get me wrong, I like the song, but it is the weakest track on Code Red. It has always come across to me as the song Jive wanted on the album.
Jazzy Julie
Oh man Boom is one of my fave jjfp hits. It was really successful here, i heard it in a club a few years ago, and EVERYBODY knew the words. It would go down really well over here, possibly as well as summertime. Da Brakes
I love this track! I agree it would go down great here in the UK as a live performance!!
Turntable
I dont understand how Will can disslike Boom! while liking songs like Switch or Coming To The Stage.
DevilsJim89
haha - me either man. Especially since some album tracks on Born to Reign like "Maybe" and "Willow is a Player" are filler and just bad songs.
Turntable
I loved Maybe man, haha, one of my favorite tracks on that album, I remeber we all once had a discussion about how I could like that song I think Maybe, 1000 Kisses & Nothing On My Mind (even tho it didn't make the cut) realy captured what Borne To Reign was supposed to be about - Will slowly fading to the background because he has done it all and has nothing to prove, yet doing just enough to be still very present with his smooth flow and on point lyrics, and Tra Knox giving your ears a massage and setting the right mood. If Borne To Reign was all like that, it would have been a crossover classic, but the way he released it it sounded kind of like a compilation to me, like he lost the concept somewhere in between the album production (tho songs like the Intro & Bloc Party were nice songs, they somehow do not sound like they are supposed to be on that album.. And ofcourse something Willow Is A Player isn't supposed to be on any album). Edited February 28, 2011 by Turntable
VIsqo
Cmon Man, Maybe is one of the best songs of that album. I dedicated that to my girl and that got me one of the best nights of my life.
