Constantino Basile has filed a $2 billion lawsuit against the writers of MIB 3, alleging that his script ideas were the inspiration for three Hollywood movies. He also claims his stories were spoofed by Steven Spielberg for the 2012 "Saturday Night Live" short, "Laser Cats 7." According to the suit, Basile submitted the stories "The World of Jupiter" and "Crisis on Jupiter" as assignments for a class at Los Angeles Film School back in 2011. He says a teacher at the school sold his work to Hollywood film writers who then incorporated the stories into their movies. Basile filed the lawsuit without an attorney and is seeking $2 billion in damages.
