Jeff came on every now and then, to talk about stuff. His Starter Comemrcials we're one of the Topics. It's on all week, I guess, so he should be on, again....I think it was in '91. Jazzy Jeff comments a lil' on every episode i've seen (92-95). This is the 2nd of the 3 "I Love The 90's" installments.
