And that would have been enough to make it tight. The beat is incredible and fits the subject matter exactly. And that would have been enough as well. I'm not sure if it's because of the sparse background singing, there's something about it. I don't know. There so much soul and feeling in it, almost as much as "Tell Me Why." It compels you to sit back, close you eyes, and bob your head to the beat. Forces you to listen to the words, and feel it. This is hip hop. That's what's up.
