Will is a ol' skool hiphop head, he wouldn't do that to sum1 that is from the ol' skool. I mean when think about rappers that have quoted from songs or sounds for that matter. I can name one Em -Hail Mary 03' and then there's Tupac's Hail Mary listen to the first couple of lines Em uses some of Pac's. Of course I love the original more. :angel: Will has came across a law suit about biting sumbody else's song. I believe they sued him for using the music from Grand Master Flash's-Super Rappin' in his song Will2K. I think the case was dismissed. But still Will has never bit anybody else's style or lyrics. Will would obviously be a fan of Rakim's talent 2. Will isn't dumb enough to steal from a respected artist and expect to get away with it 3. FP has said a few times Rakim is the best emcee of all time (as many people would agree) and that he'd never wanna battle him. I agree that if the line waz influenced by that song, it waz done to pay homage 2 him. However, that line strikes me as one that Kel Spencer came up with. It just sounds like his lyrics. He's not biting, he's paying respects to the line - it's done all the time, and normally it's with well known lines by other artists, because they know that fans are goin to point it out.
