In the mist of throwing it together, I thought the OG chorus wasn't quite fitting my verses, so I whipped up my own which goes "We face conflict, everyday Holding us back, like to get in our way But no more, cuz we're strong The road's long, but we're gonna march on Keep on breathin' and believin' what I been thinkin', I got my reasons Just to Get By..." (the last two lines are the OG part I kept) All ya have to do is say/sing the chorus with me as if you were that same chorus. Participating like they did, while Kweli said "By!". However, I would like "Acapella" versions of this, so I can work it how I want it. I'm gonna see if I can get a couple of my friends as well. The more people may make it more powerful.
