MaxFly Posted February 5, 2006 Report Share Posted February 5, 2006 (edited) There's a free problem called handbreak that converts directly from DVD to iPod. Videora is a useful (and free) tool as well. You'll need DVD Decrypter to rip the .vobs to your harddrive, and then you'll be able to use videora to encode the video to a format suitable for iPods... I think they're still using some funky version on mpeg4. This is why I simply got a Zen Vision. Mpeg4 directly to the device... it's a thing of beauty...
