Anyway I am trying to track down the interview. Will was giving life advice and I thought it was very poignant Something the effect . . . Read - If you have a problem, some else has probably already had it, solved it and wrote a book about it. Run - If you can learn to quite the voice in your head that is telling you, "you can't do it" then you can overcome anything. Anyone see it? Know where I can find a transcript or video clip?
