Vipa Posted May 27, 2006 Report Share Posted May 27, 2006 You can do it with Windows.. In the control Panel, under ppower management I believe. It's called hibernation. It's not exactly turning off and turning back on, but it is saving power. You tell it when to go to sleep (After how ever many minutes if inactivity), and when to wake itself back up.
