He's not my typical flava, but i've been wondering how his album waz. BLACKSTAR - Supreme Talib Kweli - Right About Now: The Official Suckafree Mix CD (2005) I really couldn't tell you at this point. I'm in the mist of downloading it just to see how it sounds. I've only heard the 1st two tracks on the album and the obvious hit "Ridin". Lyrically, he's clear, percise, and says some good stuff. Right off the bat, he was like "I heard somebody say the south ain't got no lyricists", he dissed 50 Cent, criticized Jay-Z, and just got braggadocious. Outta all the southern takeover of these artists, he's probably the best one. He packs a punch. He's not my typical flava, but I just read up on him one day and looked into hearin his cd. I'm honestly feelin it so far.
