Mike Posted October 1, 2006 Report Share Posted October 1, 2006 ok so heres the story behind this..... theres a really good band in my school called "waterdown clockwise" they have a song called stop the clock. it was my favorite of their and i really liked the riff and always thought of sampling it. so thats what i did if you want to hear their original song it should be on their myspace, its called stop the clock www.myspace.com/waterdownclockwise now im putting it on my version with what i sampled from their song and me rapping over it on myspace. if its not on there then its processing and it should be up in like a day or whatever. i tryed to make my voice louder since that seemed to be my main pointers from many people. http://www.myspace.com/conceptisgood Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Continue to find your style and run with it. I'm steady doing that myself. Lyrics wise, hmm. Can you post them? Since I have dial up, I only got bit by bit. Sounded ok nonetheless. Mike Posted October 14, 2006 Author Report Share Posted October 14, 2006 Could I end up like danger mouse with a Grey Album scandal?" - What happened there? i love that line so much.....as you know danger mouse made the grey album with jay z and the beatles...but he didnt have permission for the beatles samples he took so he had to stop selling it....what i meant was that i took the samples from my friends' band's song they recorded..without permission, except they didnt care and thought it was awesome and thanks for the compliment!
