DevilsJim89
Man so a few days ago I decided to pop in this will smith mix cd I have and im skimmin through tracks and I guess I wasnt feeling the cd until I came to Wild Wild West. Man what a dope song. I dont think it even real qualifys too much as a movie track because the lyrics could easily fit Kool Moe Dee version. Killer production and killer lyrics and Dru Hill with the hook - dope.
Admin Hero1 Posted November 13, 2006 Admin Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 Its gotta be one of Will's catchiest tracks ever.. I don't think anyone expected it to go to number 1 either.

KevTastic
It is Wills best pop song, and a surprise floor filler to this day. I know, i take risks sometimes as a DJ :P hehe
bigted
I always felt that track, Will's flow was incredible, you can't lose with a funky Stevie Wonder sample, and Dru Hill on the hook was icing on the cake, dope stuff
Jazzy Julie
This was the song that first got me interested in Will and rap in general, thats just how good it is.

Big Willie
Definitely a high level tune. People I know are still singing the "wicked wild" and the Sisqo chorus parts to this day. My favourite movie song he's made.
Admin Hero1 Posted November 13, 2006 Admin Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 At the time you wouldnt think dru hill would have done a track with Will..so it was interesting collaboration..

JumpinJack AJ
Yeah, the song is FP as his musical glossyest. The heavily sampled funky track, with Jazzy scratching, Kool Moe Dee on the hook...and Dru Hill bringing that B-more flava...it is just a crazy mix. And the video is amazing. It waz definitly on the MJ level of music video making. While we are on the topic...the soundtrack is really good 2. Sure, most of the songs come across as songs that got rejected from those artists' current albums, but the line up waz great. It waz even the comeback of Guy. And let me take a long shot in the dark and say that i actually like the movie. I'm gonna have 2 watch it soon.
Lerkot
Better than the movie.
Turntable
The Soundtrack was very dope. I'm just wondering what Dre and Em are doing on there, since Will produced it.
